When you join The NIVEA Fitness Club, you'll receive a personal program designed by NIVEA fitness expert Sarah Maxwell that's tailored to your lifestyle. By taking a holistic approach to health and fitness, your program will help you take better care of yourself, without losing the life you love.

Your personal program is split into 10 stages, each of which contains 10 health-boosting tips you can do in your own time. We recommend that you do one stage per week; however you can do it at your own pace. You can track your progress and share your favourite tips with friends whenever you like. And once you've done at least 75% each stage's tips, you'll be able to move up to the next one.
