Each ingredient retains at least 50% of its natural state after processing, including water, ensuring a more naturally inspired formulation. Please bring back the old formula
I've used this exclusively for nearly 20 years. This new formula stings slightly on application and leaves my face stiff once the sting goes off. Please. Please bring back the old formula.

Used previously for years. Will not repurchase
I have been using Nivea soft for years now as my facial moisturiser, it was moisturising and made my skin feel soft and hydrated. The new vegan formula however complete dries out my skin and feels cheap. It dries down matt and makes my skin feel tight and worse than if I didn't use any moisturiser. I will be looking for an alternative to use for future. Very disappointed.

New Vegan Nivea Soft
I have used this for many years and never had a problem. It was an excellent moisturiser! I was bought some for my birthday and noticed a different smell. Didnt think much about it but my skin started to itch after 2 days of using it then red spots appeared. I suddenly realised the only product I had been using was Nivea. Im so disappointed as I now need to find something else to use. What a shame you changed it !
