Upset with new formula

Really disappointed at the change to this product which had been a skincare staple of mine for years. Now causing severe irritation, itching and redness so have had to stop using.

How disapppointing!

Have been wearing this cream for over 25 years and so disapppinted by the new formula. It makes my skin sting now and doesn't sit under make-up as well as it did. Really upset I'm going elsewhere for a new mosituriser. Please, please change it back - it was perfect the way it was!

Stop changing formulas

No one asked for this to be changed. Many of us have been using it for years without any issues. Now they decide to change it, obviously to keep up with the trends and it’s not what it was. We didn’t ask for hyaluronic acid or aloe vera. If you value your customers change it back or at least create a vintage range with the previous formula. Do what’s right for your existing loyal customer market that have been using this for years. I think this applies to the whole essential range
