Disappointing new formula
I have used Nivea Refreshing Day cream for many years as it feels incredibly nourishing and smelled absolutely beautiful. This new formula feels incredibly thin and smells absolutely awful; I initially thought there had been a problem with the batch. Very disappointing.

Product formula has changed - not good
This is the new version of a product that worked well for my skin now it doesn’t. Skin now feels tight and I had to wash the face cream off. If I could give it no stars on this platform I would. Such a shame and I don’t understand why companies change products that were working well - bring back the old one! Unfortunately I will now be looking for a different face cream, sorry.

Shame about the changes
Have you used product for years and always really liked it. Sad to see the Nivea have suddenly changed it. It smells strange and just doesn’t feel like it used to
