1. What benefits are there to having a NIVEA account?

With a NIVEA account you have quick, easy access to all the offerings on our website. Registration is free and there are also no subsequent costs. Once you log in with your NIVEA account, you can participate in competitions more quickly, rate your favourite products and make use of all the other individual features on our website.

2. How do I register on the NIVEA website?

You can create a free NIVEA account at any time. Do this, click on the “Login” tab and select “Register”. Then fill out the registration form. Once you have registered, we will send you an email to verify the email address you used for registering. This contains a link with which you can activate your NIVEA account. You can also register if you make a purchase in our shop, rate products or would like to become a member of NIVEA FOR ME.

3. How do I log in on the NIVEA website?

Click on the “Login” tab. You will then be taken to the login form. There you must enter your NIVEA login details (email address and password). If you do not yet have a NIVEA account, you can create one at any time.

4. I am already a NIVEA FOR ME member and have an account. Can I use this?

Yes, your NIVEA FOR ME account is already a new NIVEA account and you can log in using your email address and password at any time. If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new password at any time.
 
5. I already have a NIVEA Online Shop account. Can I use this?

Yes, your NIVEA Online Shop account is already a new NIVEA account and you can log in using your email address and password at any time. If you have previously logged in with a personal username, you must now please use your email address. If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new password at any time.

6. Where do I change my email or postal address for the Online Shop?

Click on the “Login” tab and log in with your NIVEA account. This opens the “My Account” area. You can change your email address in the “Profile” menu and your address(es) in the “Address Book” menu. Please note that changing your email address also changes your NIVEA username.

7. What happens if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on “Login” and then on “Forgot Password”. After entering your email address, you will be sent a verification email. This contains a link that takes you to a page where you can set your new password.

8. Is my personal information safe?

Yes, your data is safe. You will find all the information regarding the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and storage of required personal information in our Privacy Policy.

9. What does the NIVEA Newsletter offer me?

With the NIVEA Newsletter you will receive exclusive information about new products in our Online Shop and interesting events and competitions from NIVEA, as well as exciting news about skin care.
