1. Knowing the right time – applying cream at the appropriate time
Apply a rich lotion or cream after showering, whilst your skin is still damp. It will then be able to absorb as much nurturing care as possible.
2. Less washing powder – more comfort
Only use minimal amounts of washing powder, and avoid using fabric softener. Residues in the clothing can irritate your skin.
3. Water – your favourite source of natural energy
By drinking plenty of water, you also treat your skin to plenty of refreshment! Recommendation: at least two litres of water a day.
