Getting sufficient sleep and a rich night cream will make sure your skin can regenerate optimally and keep your normal skin balanced. The ideal length of time is 7 to 8 hours per night.

Enjoying lots of exercise in fresh air supplies the body with oxygen, stimulates the circulation and produces a healthy colour on your cheeks – just like magic.
Take time to relax occasionally
Treat yourself and your skin to some downtime in a sauna or steam room: sweating flushes out toxins and impurities from your skin.
