My husband absolutely hates this new formula, I never understand why companies change something that ain’t broke!! Will not buy again

Nul points for formula change
I have used this for years but the recent formula change (confirmed by customer services) had made it pointless - it wears off quickly, does not moisturise and has an unwelcome shine. Such a shame that a great product has been ruined. I'm now testing other brands.
