The participating promotional product must be clearly recognizable, identifiable and distinguishable on the receipt. The promotional product must be photographed together with the receipt. The following information must be clearly legible on the receipt:

A) Purchased promotional product including purchase amount
B) Name and address of the point of purchase
C) Date of the receipt
D) Receipt number and receipt total

The files can be uploaded as .jpg, .png, .pdf (max. 8 MB).

You can find the specific participating items for each promotion in the respective conditions of participation. The promotion is only valid for products purchased in the UK, ROI and Malta.

All retailers in the UK, ROI & Malta where you can find information about the Moneyback Guarantee on on product, on shelf via advertising material or online are eligible to participate.

Only products purchased in the UK, ROI or Malta are eligible for the NIVEA Body Repair & Care Moneyback Guarantee.

Purchases from the online stores of participating retailers are also eligible.

Eligible to participate are persons aged 18 and over who are resident in the UK, ROI & Malta.

Employees of Beiersdorf UK, all persons involved in the development/implementation of the campaign (e.g. agencies, consultants, suppliers), as well as their respective family and household members are excluded from participation.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the product text on the proof of purchase. In case of doubt, we can recognize the promotional product in the photo and can match the proof of purchase accordingly. If you have any questions, please contact our service team on niveasupport@niveambg.co.uk. Please note that our service team cannot accept photos of receipts, either by email or post. Please only use the contact form for the respective campaign to send in the receipt.

Beiersdorf UK reserves the right to request a copy of the receipt in order to verify participation. If the receipt cannot be presented, the purchase price cannot be refunded.

The NIVEA Body Repair & Care Money-Back Guarantee can only be claimed once per household, from one act of purchase, only in their own name and only once from the range of promotional products. These products must be purchased from participating retailers during the purchase period.

Each person with valid participation will have the purchase amount transferred to the specified account within a period of 4 weeks after checking the participation requirements. A confirmation email will be sent if your participation was successful.
