LONG TERMS

1. The Promotion
By entering the NIVEA MEN Father’s Day Prize Draw 2026 (the “Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland excluding Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Promotion are ineligible. 

3. Promotional Period
The Promotion runs from 00:00 on 4 May 2026 until 23:59 on 27 July 2026 (BST/IST) (the “Promotional Period”). Entries received after the closing date/time will not be accepted. 

4. How to Enter
a. Purchase any NIVEA MEN product in store (excluding trial and travel‑sized products) during the Promotional Period from a Participating Retailer listed in section 5. Excludes online purchases. 
b. Internet access is required. Complete the online entry form and upload proof of purchase via the promotional website https://www.nivea.co.uk/Nivea-Men-RM
c. Proof of purchase must clearly show the date, time, retailer and qualifying product.
d. Entry limits: One (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion. Multiple receipts across the Promotional Period do not generate additional entries. Entrants using multiple email addresses or attempting to circumvent the rules will be disqualified. 

5. Participating Retailers
United Kingdom: Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Home Bargains, Poundland 
Northern Ireland: Gordons (Gordons Chemist)
(together, the “Participating Retailers”).

6. Prize
15 prizes are available. Each prize is 1 × Real Madrid 25/26 Season Home Football Shirt (standard adult unisex sizing, home kit, non‑personalised).

7. Winner Selection
All valid entries received by the end of the Promotional Period will be entered into a computer‑generated random draw conducted within 7 days of the Promotion closing. Fifteen (15) winners will be selected at random. A maximum of one prize may be won per person.

8. Winner Notification & Prize Fulfilment
Winners will be contacted by email (using details provided at entry) within 7 days of the draw. Winners must reply within 7 days and provide a valid residential postal address in the UK, including Northern Ireland. If a winner does not respond in time, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Prizes will be dispatched within 21 days of winner confirmation. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure by third‑party suppliers to deliver the prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence. The prize excludes any additional costs and expenses. 

9. Substitution
Prizes are non‑exchangeable, non‑transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter may substitute a prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

10. Winner Details
On request, the Promoter will make available surnames and counties of winners for 28 days after the Promotion closes. To obtain this information, email Consumer.Relations.UK@Beiersdorf.com. Winners may object to publication or request that details are reduced by emailing Consumer.Relations.UK@Beiersdorf.com at the time of entry or upon notification. In such cases, the Promoter will still provide winner details to relevant regulators if required by law. 

11. Limitation of Liability
Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by a winner arising from taking up the prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

12. Publicity
Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Promotion. By entering, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town/county of residence to announce winners (including publication in any media) and for other reasonable, related promotional purposes, subject to any valid objection under section 10. Winners may opt out of such publicity by notifying the Promoter, including at winner notification, and this will not affect their entitlement to the prize.

13. Data Protection
Personal data supplied during the Promotion will be processed solely for its administration and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy https://www.nivea.co.uk/about-us/privacy-policy

14. General
a. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
b. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 
c. The Promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion where necessary.
d. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to any technical fault including but not limited to hardware/software failure, network or server failure of any kind.
e. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
For entrants in Great Britain: These Terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. 
For entrants in Northern Ireland: These Terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the Northern Irish courts have jurisdiction. 

16. Promoter
