The participation period for the NIVEA Raffle Promo Campaign campaigns varies. The campaign runs from 00:00 on 01/10/2026 until 23:59 on 14/01/2027. Detailed information on the different periods can be found in the respective conditions of participation.
The Promotion is free to enter and you must purchase 1 NIVEA Body Care Product (defined in the Terms & Conditions) and any other NIVEA product during the Promotional Period from a Participating retailer. In retailers where bundles are available, each item within a bundle will be treated individually as a Promotion Product. A bundle is eligible if it contains at least one NIVEA Body Care product and one NIVEA product of any category. Samples and gift packs are excluded.
Purchases from the online stores of participating retailers are also eligible.
The Promotion is open to all residents in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Promotion
Unfortunately, we have no influence on the product text on the proof of purchase. In case of doubt, we can recognize the promotional product in the photo and can match the proof of purchase accordingly. If you have any questions, please contact our service team. Please note that our service team cannot accept photos of receipts, either by email or post. Please only use the contact form for the respective campaign to send in the receipt.

Beiersdorf AG reserves the right to request a copy of the receipt in order to verify participation. If the receipt cannot be presented, the purchase price cannot be refunded.
You will be provided with an email for one of our agencies who will organise your prize for the dates you decide.
