TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NIVEA SUN FESTIVAL PRIZE DRAW – SAINSBURY’S
SHORT TERMS
NIVEA SUN Festival Prize Draw – Sainsbury’s. England, Scotland and Wales, 18+. Purchase any NIVEA SUN product at Sainsbury’s in store or online only between 29 April 2026 00:00 and 24 May 2026 23:59 (BST) and enter online by 29 May 2026 23:59 (BST). One entry per person. Proof of purchase upload required. Prize: three winners. Each winner will receive two tickets to Victorious Festival 2026 (28 to 30 August 2026). Winners must reply within 7 days of being contacted. No travel, accommodation, camping included. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the winner. Tickets subject to the Victorious Festival organiser’s terms and conditions. LONG TERMS
1. The Promotion
The NIVEA SUN Festival Prize Draw (the Promotion) is organised by Beiersdorf UK Ltd. By entering the Promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promoter
The Promoter is Beiersdorf UK Ltd, Trinity Central, Trinity Park, Bickenhill Lane, Birmingham B37 7ES, United Kingdom.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. Promotional Period
• Purchase period: 29 April 2026 to 24 May 2026 at 23:59 (BST) inclusive.
• Entry period: 29 April 2026 to 29 May 2026 at 23:59 (BST).
Only purchases made during the purchase period are eligible. Entries may be submitted until the end of the entry period. Entries submitted after the entry period will not be accepted.
5. Participating Retailer
The Promotion applies to purchases made at Sainsbury’s stores and Sainsbury’s online in England, Scotland and Wales only. Sainsbury’s is a participating retailer only and is not the promoter of the Promotion.
Purchases from any other retailer are excluded from this Promotion.
6. Eligible Products
Any NIVEA SUN product purchased at Sainsbury’s qualifies for entry.
7. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, entrants must:
• during the purchase period, purchase at least one NIVEA SUN product from Sainsbury’s; and
• during the entry period, complete the entry form on the Promotion website at www.nivea.com/niveasunfestivalcompetition-sainsburys and upload a clear photograph of the receipt showing the retailer name, date of purchase and qualifying product(s).
Internet access is required.
8. Entry Limits
One entry per person. Each receipt may only be used once, regardless of the number of qualifying products purchased.
9. Prize
There will be three winners.
Each winner will receive two tickets to attend Victorious Festival, a live music festival taking place on 28, 29 and 30 August 2026.
The prize does not include camping, accommodation, travel, food, drink or any other associated costs. Winners are responsible for arranging and paying for any accommodation and all other expenses.
Use of the tickets is subject to the festival organiser’s terms and conditions.
10. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries using a random selection tool.
The draw will take place within 14 days of the close of the entry period.
11. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at entry within 14 days of the close of the entry period.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
12. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered electronically, within 21 days of receipt of valid winner details.
13. Prize Restrictions
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
14. Data Protection
The Promoter is the data controller for the Promotion. Personal data supplied during the Promotion will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.nivea.co.uk/about-us/privacy-policy
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes of administering the Promotion and in line with applicable data retention requirements.
The Promoter will, on request, make available details of the prize winners (surnames and counties) for 28 days after the closing date of the Promotion. The information can be obtained by emailing Consumer.Relations.UK@Beiersdorf.com.
If an entrant objects to any or all of their surname or county being published or made available in this way in the event they are selected as a winner, they may object to this disclosure by emailing Consumer.Relations.UK@Beiersdorf.com when entering the Promotion. In such circumstances, the Promoter will still provide the winner details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request, where required by law.
15. Publicity
Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Promotion. By entering, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town/county of residence to announce winners (including publication in any media) and for other reasonable, related promotional purposes, subject to any valid objection under section 14. Winners may opt out of such publicity by notifying the Promoter, including at winner notification, and this will not affect their entitlement to the prize.
16. General
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any entrant in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure of any kind.
The Promoter may cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion where necessary.
17. Governing Law
The Promotion is governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
