using the nivea men energy shower gel was great. you only needed a small amount and it lathered up lovely leaving you feeling clean and smelling fresh. this was a 3in1 but i didn't use it on my hair so cant comment on that
would highly recommend this product. Gives me a energy boost in the morning with a great smell to it as well. does exactly what it advertises.
