How to

Apply generously before sun exposure and reapply frequently, especially after swimming, perspiring or toweling to maintain the original protection

Avoid
It takes ages to absorb and then your body sweats like you have just covered yourself with a layer of plastic . Awful. Avoid. Nivea should do much better than this.
