Faulty container

I recently bought some Nivia cellular EP genetics age rewind serum. I hadn’t used it before I was delighted with the product it was fabulous. However the pump mechanism has broken and I can no longer get the product down to the container. I took it back to my local shop where I purchased it and they wouldn’t help me because I didn’t have my receipt. I’d paid in cash and don’t want a refund just a replacement. I really love the product and had thrown it away I find this really disappointing and would be grateful if you could help very many thanks, Annie

Hmm...

I have only recently found the Q10 range so I've been like a kid in a sweet shop 😅 so far this is the only thing I don't like. It does not rub into my skin, it feels heavy and thick, irritating almost to the point where I have to wash it off an hour after applying it as I just cannot stand the feeling of it being physically on my skin for any longer. I've tried using the teeniest amount just to cover the surface area of my face but it's the same sensation for me. It's a real shame as it smells lovely and I do feel it was having some impact on my marionette lines (my arch nemesis 😅) I just can't keep the stuff on my face as it makes my skin crawl 🤦‍♀️😞

Excellent serum!

Lovely, silky serum and a great price! I don't get the "relaxing fragrance" but that's a very minor point and doesn't detract from the product. It works beautifully under my evening moisturiser and I'm really, really happy with it.
