Reacted twice won’t use again

I’ve never had a reaction to Nivea use all the time. This cream just brings me out in bright red spots/ looks like heat rash on my chest but isn’t. Used Alo Vera to calm down as thought just sun as been hot. Today I used again & within the hour exactly the same as before! Won’t be using again but there’s something in it that’s causing this
