TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE CHANCE TO WIN A GALENTINES BASKET FROM NIVEA UK

ELIGIBILITY:

  1. The chance to win a Galentines basket from NIVEA UK. Promotion (Galentines basket) is open to all residents in England, Scotland and Wales, aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Promotion.
  2. The entry period is [8th February 2025] to [14th February 2025] (the Promotional Period). Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  3. By entering, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Internet access and an open Instagram account is  required.
  5. To enter the Promotion, you must like the competition post on Instagram, and follow @Nivea_UK and @Theoriginalflatlayco on Instagram.
  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  7. A winner will be selected [randomly] [chosen by an independent person] within 5 days of the closing date of the competition ("Draw Date"). There will be 1 winner selected.
  8. The winner(s) will receive the following prize: A Galentines basket including a selection of NIVEA products – 2 x Deodorants, 2 x Serum Infused Micellar water, 6 x Lip Oils, 2 x Lip Balms, 2 x Face SPF, 2 x Soft, 2 x Bodywash, 2 x Body moisturiser, 2 x Face Masks, 2 x Cellular Serums,  and 4 The Flat Lay Co makeup brushes – 2 x makeup brush bags and two drawstring makeup bags.
  9. The winner will be notified by direct message (using details provided at entry)] within 5 days of the closing date [and must provide a postal address to claim their prize]. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 3 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  10. The prize(s) will be sent to the winner by post within 14 working days of being notified of their win.
  11. The prize(s) for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  12. The prize(s) is supplied by Beiersdorf. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. 
  13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  14. The Promoter will, on request, make available details of the prize winners (surnames and counties) for 28 of days after the date of the closing date of the Promotion. If an entrant objects to any or all of his or her surname or county being published or made available in this way in the event they are selected a winner, they can object to this disclosure by sending an email to [Consumer.Relations.UK@Beiersdorf.com] when entering the Promotion. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still make their details available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request. 
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  17. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  18. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Promotion. By submitting your information and entering this Promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition (which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media) and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
  19. The Promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
