Dispenser useless
Absolutely nothing came out of the dispenser, in the end I had to break the entire top off to access the cream.

Slightly odd packaging
I can't comment on the cream as I've not been using for very long (although it feels nice), but the pump it comes in is rather odd and a bit difficult to use.
