The new formula is thin, sticky, does not absorb well and is a huge step backwards. I have enjoyed using Nivea Soft for many years, but now have to look elsewhere. I can only hope that you listen to all the complaints and bring back the old formula. I suspect you will lose more long term customers than the woke vegan people you are clearly aiming for. Look at the supermarket reviews, they are saying the same thing.
Awful! I’ve used Nivea cream my whole life and am now in my late 50s and they have changed the formula to a vegan one. I feel it slides on, leaving a film, doesn’t make my skin feel soft and the texture is thin. I will be purchasing another brand altogether.
I am so disappointed the product has been changed. I have been using this cream for years. Absolutely love it, but the consistency has changed. It feels like it has been watered down and it isn’t as thick as it was before. It feels like a cheap cream. It doesn’t smell as strongly as it used to either, which is a shame. Could there not be a vegan one for those who want it and one with the original formula, please 🙏🏻
