NIVEA® Soft is a highly effective moisturising cream, providing an invigorating and refreshing feeling for everyday use. The light formula with Vitamin E & 100% natural Jojoba oil provides 48h hydration for soft skin, with quickly absorption and non-greasy feeling. It now also contains 95% naturally derived ingredients and is completely vegan. Skin compatibility dermatologically approved. Ingredients are from nature retain +50% of their natural state after being processed, including water.

Please give us the old formula back
I have been struggling to figure out why my skin has been so awful over the past month; cheeks, forehead and chin covered in painful spots. This is something totally new to me, normally I’ll get the occasional spot, but definitely not those under the surface painful ones. I also don’t have sensitive skin and have never reacted like this to anything I have used. I stopped using everything except this moisturiser as this was my holy grail that I’d used for years (and thought it absolutely couldn’t be this!) but my skin was just getting worse and worse. I then heard the formula had changed and checked the tube and it is the new vegan formula. Please please give us the old moisturiser back. This new formula has totally ruined my skin and the only thing which helps my skin is the old formula. Signed, a girl who has had to cover her entire face in sudocrem overnight hoping for the best

Awful new vegan formula
I’ve used this for years and the new formula is horrible in comparison to the original. It stings my face and doesn’t moisturise my body anywhere near as well. It also is a different consistency to the original one. I noticed the difference immediately and have since gone on a hunt for somewhere still stocking the original. Thankfully I managed to track one down. Please please please go back to the old formula before I run out again.

What has happened to Nivea Soft
Hi, I have been using Nivea soft on my super sensitive, very dry skin for so many years I forget how long. I got a new tub yesterday and as my old one had run out used it tonight. Within a few minutes my skin felt super tight and sore! I couldn't believe it as Nivea Soft had never done this to me before, it had always soothed almost right away. I then noticed "New Vegan Formula" on the box. Please could you bring back the old formula and sell it alongside the new one? The new one has something in it that made my skin so tight and sore that I had to wash it off, 5 minutes after applying.
