please bring back the old formula
i’ve used this product for my whole 22 years (my mum started a generational trait), easily my top most consistently bought product, and the new formula has absolutely ruined it for me - dries skin out, feels like a waxy mask on the face, skin feels tight and taut, please bring the old formula back!!!

VEGAN Formula!! Horrendous!
I have used Nivea soft for a very long time, always had a large 300ml pot upstairs, another 300ml pot downstairs and the tube in my swim bag. I have just replaced the empty tub in the bathroom and have just realised it had The Green Vegan label on it.. My skin has always been beautifully soft and supple…this Vegan stuff has left my skin itchy, taught and sticky….please please get this sorted I’m devastated!!!!!! This stuff is only fit for the Bin!! I will look out for some of the old original!

The new formula is cheap and watery. Like a supermarket own brand. Why did they chance such a much loved product?
