It now also contains 95% naturally derived ingredients and is completely vegan. Skin compatibility dermatologically approved. Ingredients are from nature retain +50% of their natural state after being processed, including water

Ghastly new formula
Purchased a couple of 500ml tubs a while back not realising they had the little words "new vegan formula" on the top. The new formula is horrible on the skin - it leaves a sticky residue that causes tightness and leaves my skin burning. What a waste as I can't use these tubs now. After nearly 3 decades of using Nivea Soft I am going to have to find an alternative that is kind to my skin - that is soft and easily absorbed. Not this. Please bring back the original Nivea Soft formula. Many other reviews say the same. Please do something! We can't all be wrong!

Nivea, WHY did you mess with this? It’s a completely different cream to the one I’ve used for years. I bought a tube as my skin was feeling tight due to cold weather and central heating. Old Nivea Soft would instantly soothe and moisturise my face. This reformulated version is thin, watery, doesn’t absorb properly, and didn’t do a thing to relieve my face. Please, please, bring back the old version. No way I would try to use this under make up either. What were you thinking?

New formula? It's a completely different product.
This new formal is unrecognisable. The original, tried and true, beloved by many for decades, was a SOFT soothing, instantly relieving and moisturising godsend. This new formula is thin, burns dry skin instantly and makes my skin feel tight, and drier than before. This cream is now no different to the plethora of £1 random moisturising creams you can find anywhere else. Why ruin a good thing?
