New Vegan formula is awful
I have used this product for the last 40 years and it has (had) always been my go-to choice for leaving my skin feeling soft and moisturised. This new Vegan formula is absolutely awful and more expensive. It is described as ‘quick absorbing and non-greasy’ when in fact it is the complete opposite. It takes ages to smooth in and is not absorbing at all – it has left my skin feeling greasy and sticky. Going straight in the bin – what a waste of money.

Vegan formula
I recently purchased a new 500ml tub and immediately noticed the price had increased quite a bit since my last purchase. That didn’t bother me too much, as I absolutely loved the product, past tense! What on earth have you done to it? The new vegan formula is everything other reviewers have mentioned: it doesn’t soak in, takes forever to apply despite being wishy-washy in consistency, and leaves your skin feeling dry and tight. I won’t be purchasing again. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially because I used to love the old formula.

I have been using the big white pot of Nivea for years. It was a wonderful formula which kept my skin looking healthy and moisturised. Under my foundation it made my skin look radiant and people would ask what I used on my face. I've recently purchased a new pot but it is definitely not the same. It takes ages to rub in, then it feels extremely dry when it has absorbed - uncomfortable and unpleasant. My foundation looks craggy and matt. I'm not using it anymore because it doesn't have to same effect that it always gave my face. I'm sorry to say that if you've changed the formula maybe you should change it back because your sales will dive. I know a lot of people who use this cream who won't be buying it anymore. I shall be using something else too.
