- Massage onto nails - massage a small amount of hemp seed oil onto your nails and cuticles to promote their strength; this works well for both fingernails and toenails.
- Heal minor cuts and scrapes - similarly to other anti-inflammatory oils, such as tea tree oil and coconut oil, hemp seed oil has a natural ability to help restore cracked and chafed skin.
- Oral consumption - hemp seed oil can also be eaten! It’s rich in healthy fats such as omega-3 and omega-6, which are not only beneficial to the skin, but to the brain, heart and liver too. Drizzle the oil over salads, roasted vegetables or add to soups to add a nutty taste. Just keep in mind not to heat the oil, as this will cause the loss of nutritional benefits.
