Make Your Hair Grow Faster

Make Your Hair Grow Faster

You’ve quite obviously landed here because you’re intent to grow a serious mane. Respect. While there isn’t necessarily a single magic bullet that’s guaranteed to make your locks sprout like radioactive bamboo, we do have some hot tips to help max out your mop producing potential.

Food That Makes It Happen

First of all, like anything, your hair needs nutrients to grow. Neymar (insert local celebrity known for changing hairstyles often) doesn’t rely on junk food to grow his latest hairstyle, so neither should you. Protein is key to a balanced diet, so hit the butcher and breakout the grill, or get fancy with oysters and sashimi–whatever it takes to get your amino acids. Nuts, eggs, yogurt, and other dairy products are rock stars in the protein department as well. While caveman diets may be all the rage in some parts of the world, you definitely need to continue to eat your whole grains, fruits and veggies, which also contain vital nutrients. If eating your vitamins is less your thing, maybe pickup some supplements such as: folic acid, fish oil, flaxseed oil, and biotin.

Maintaining The Mane

Contrary to what some people may say, washing your hair daily is no bad thing, and you shouldn’t worry about hair loss. The hair around the plughole at the end of the shower would have been lost during the day anyway. And there’s nothing better than giving your head a 2 minute massage to start your day.

Chill Out

Stress is bad for hair growth. And pretty much everything else too. Run a bath, light some candles, put on a little Taylor Swift, and just chill. Seriously. Except for the T. Swift part, that’s totally optional.
