If you have exposed your skin to the sun it is always important to care for your skin as such, and apply an after sun lotion. This is because after coming in from time in the sun, skin that has heated up can become further damaged unless it is cooled down. Once you are out of the sun for the day, take a cool bath to soothe and cool your skin.

We always recommend using the highest level of SPF so you have maximum protection, although we know it is not everyone's first choice.
