Exfoliate for glowing skin
Dull skin can be caused by dry and dead skills cells, especially for
skin in winter. If you're skin looks matte and dry it might be time to exfoliate.
Try exfoliating every 2-3 days to slough off dead skin and follow up with an extra hydrating moisturiser to revitalise your skin.
Hydration is key
Drinking 6-7 glasses of water a day can help ensure you're hydrating enough to keep skin healthy. Moisturising your entire body daily to help skin recover, remember prevention is easier and quicker than treating dull or dry skin.
