TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE NIVEA MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or policy materials. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

ELIGIBILITY:

1. NIVEA Luminous630 or NIVEA Men Anti Age Power MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE Promotion (the Promotion) is open to all residents in the UK, aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, affiliated companies or any third party directly associated with administration of the Promotion.

2. The promotion offers consumers the opportunity to claim a refund with the purchase of the selected Nivea promotional products, NIVEA Luminous630 or NIVEA Men Anti Age Power if dissatisfied with the quality or performance.

3. By entering, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Internet access is required if you would like to make a Nivea Money Back Guarantee claim online.

6. The qualifying product will be available in UK retailers during the Promotional Period, including retailer online sales channels:

7. The promotional product must have been purchased from Boots, Tesco, Superdrug, Morrisons, Sainsburys and Amazon. If proof of purchase does not clearly show the product has been purchased from Boots, Tesco, Superdrug, Morrisons, Sainsburys and Amazon, it will be deemed invalid.

8. Purchases using any form of retailer loyalty programmes, such as Boots Advantage Card points, either full or part payment, are not included in this Promotion.

9. To claim a refund of the purchase price if dissatisfied with the product, you must:
1. Buy the promotional product from a UK retailer either online or in-store between 24.03.25 and 01.07.25. Please retain your proof of purchase, including any online digital receipts.
2. Complete the online form on www.nivea.co.uk/moneybackguarantee no earlier than 14 days from the purchase date on the proof of purchase and no later than 42 days, with the following information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Postal address
- Cost of purchase
- Date of purchase
- Minimum 15-word statement explaining why you were dissatisfied with the product*.
- Bank details of the account to receive the amount paid for the product returned.
- Upload an image of the proof of purchase.

10. Reason for dissatisfaction is requested for validation only and kept for internal purposes and to improve our products. If your statement does not meet our validation criteria, we will promptly notify you via email, providing an opportunity for resubmission to validate your claim.

11. Failure to include any of the above information on the online form will render the claim invalid.

12. Once the form is completed with all of the required information, the physical proof of purchase, including online purchases and the claimant’s full name and address must be sent to: Nivea MBG, PO Box 99, Dept 1000, Aylesbury HP19 8TY. Those who have completed all fields on the entry form will see an on-screen prompt with this PO Box address and receive an email as a reminder to post their proof of purchase.

13. The final online claim date is 15.07.25. The physical proof of purchase must then be posted between 28-60 days of product purchase. The final date to post the proof of purchase is 01.09.25.

14. Within 14 days of the proof of purchase arriving, the online claim and physical proof of purchase will be validated under these terms and conditions.

15. If a claim is valid, claimants will receive a courtesy email to confirm their claim has been validated and they can expect to receive their payment within 28 days. The payment is not dependent on this email, all valid claimants will receive their payment regardless of this email.

16. Valid claimants will receive a payment for the price paid as stated on the original proof of purchase but not exceeding the purchase value.

17. Payment will be via bank transfer and will be made within 28 days of receiving the physical proof of purchase, to the bank details provided when claiming online. If the claimant enters incorrect details and therefore the claim is not accepted, the 28 days will begin from when the claimant provides their correct details, and the claim is accepted. If bank details are not accepted, claimants will receive an email notifying them.

18. If a claim is invalid, these invalid claimants will receive an email explaining why their claim was invalid only if there was a problem with verification (e.g. proof of purchase is not legible, incorrect image supplied) and encouraged to resubmit qualifying information. All invalid claimants will be contacted by 11.08.25 and all qualifying information must be provided by 01.09.25.

19. Invalid entries that have gone against the terms of the promotion will not be contacted.

20. Purchase of a qualifying product entitles the claimant to one claim only.

21. This policy is limited to only one claim per household. The Promotor will not accept any further claims from the same household or claims submitted on behalf of other people. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

22. Consumers’ statutory rights remain unaffected.

23. No claims from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by a computer will be accepted.

24. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, illegible, or altered entries. Incomplete, misdirected, or illegible claims or in violation of the application instructions will not be accepted. Proof of sending a claim via post will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed or late applications due to postal issues, a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, or satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

25. The Promotor shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to the Promotion where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.

26. The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered.

27. The Promotor reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, discontinue, or cancel the Promotion without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control (including, without limitation, in case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud).

29. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

30. The Promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
