WIN A LIMITED-EDITION SERUM INFUSED MICELLAR 1st BIRTHDAY BOX

 

1. The Promotion
This is a free to enter prize draw for a chance to WIN A LIMITED-EDITION SERUM INFUSED MICELLAR 1st BIRTHDAY BOX (the “Promotion”). By entering, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all residents in England, Scotland and Wales, aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Promotion. 

3. Entry Period 
The entry period is [01.08.2025] to [23:59 BST 15.08.2025] (the “Promotional Period”). Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Entry Requirements
No purchase is necessary. Internet access and an open TikTok account are required. To enter during the Promotional Period, participants must:

  • Like the competition post
  • Follow @Nivea_UK on TikTok
  • Comment a Yellow emoji

Only one entry per account is permitted. Multiple entries from the same account will be disqualified. Entries submitted outside the entry period will not be valid. Participants must have a public TikTok profile to allow the Promoter to verify entry actions.

5. Winner selection 
The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. A winner will be selected randomly within 5 days of the closing date of the competition ("Draw Date"). There will be 1 winner selected.

6. Prize 
The winners will receive the following prize: A serum infused micellar 1st Birthday Box including 2 x Bottles of NIVEA Serum infused Micellar, 1x pack of Love hearts, 1 x plastic cup and straw, 1 x bunch of faux flowers and 4 x balloons.

7. Notification and Claiming the Prize 
The winner will be notified by direct message on TikTok within 72 hours of the closing date and must respond within 3 days with a postal address to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

8. Prize Delivery 
The prize will be sent to the winner by post to an address in England, Scotland or Wales within 14 working days of receipt of a valid postal address.

9. Substitution 
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure by third-party suppliers to deliver the prize, except where it is caused by the Promoter’s negligence. The prize does not include any additional costs and expenses.

10. Winner Details 
The Promoter will, on request, make available details of the prize winners (surnames and counties) for 28 of days after the date of the closing date of the Promotion. The information can be obtained by sending email to Consumer.Relations.UK@Beiersdorf.com. If the participant objects to any or all of their surname or county being published or made available in this way in the event they are selected a winner, they can object to this disclosure by sending an email to Consumer.Relations.UK@Beiersdorf.com when entering the Promotion. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still make their details available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

11. Publicity 
The winner may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion.

12. Data Protection
Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this Promotion and the personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available here.

13. General

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any entrant in breach of these terms.
  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or otherwise not in accordance with these terms will be disqualified.
  • The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults.
  • While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Promoter will not be legally responsible to participants or winner for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with TikTok.

14. Governing Law
The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
