1. The NIVEA SUN SAFETY TOUR  SPOT PRIZES COMPETITION (the Promotion) is open to all + UK, NI and IoM residents, aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Promotion.

2. The  Promotion will run during the Nivea Sun Fair Tour across multiple locations in the UK from May 24th 25 until August 24th 2025  (the Promotional Period).

3. By entering, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. The Promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

5. To enter the Promotion, you must:
- Attend one of the Sun Safety Tour event. Begin entering the competition through clicking start on the digital screen and follow the instructions on screen.
- Accept these prize Terms and Conditions.
- Pull the leaver on the “Spin to Win” game, find out immediately if you win a spot prize and claim the spot prize.

6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

7. Daily spot prizes include Tote Bags, Water Bottles, Bucket hats, Beach Balls, Frisbee, Bounce Pad, Travel Bag, Wireless Speaker, Power bank, Poncho ball, Bamboo fan and NIVEA Sunscreen.

8. Offer subject to availability. Winners will be selected at random by an automated computer program. A maximum of 60 prizes per day. Prizes will be allocated randomly.

9. The prize(s) for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

10. The prize(s) is supplied by Beiersdorf. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

14. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

15. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Promotion. By submitting your information and entering this Promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition (which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media) and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

16. The Promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
