Licence Grant

You grant Beiersdorf UK Ltd a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, and transferable licence to:

• Use, publish, reproduce, edit, and remove your video(s), photo(s), and/or other content posted online (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other platforms).
• Use your social media handle, account name, profile picture, caption, and any location information included in your content (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”).

• Our webpages and social media pages
• Digital media and newsletters
• Retailer sites and third-party platforms
• Print materials and in-store displays
• Television and other broadcast media

All use is for marketing and/or advertising purposes.

You also grant Beiersdorf UK Ltd the right to:

• Use, reproduce, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, and create derivative works from the UGC in any manner, at its sole discretion.

Credit and Use

If your content is used, we may, where reasonably possible, credit your name or social media account and use your profile picture and any accompanying text, including hashtags.

You agree that the grant of rights above is made free of charge.

Your Confirmation

By agreeing to this Usage Rights Agreement, you confirm that:

• You have the right to grant us the usage rights to your UGC as described above.
• You have obtained permission from all individuals featured in your UGC for its use as described.
• You have paid, and will pay, any fees or other payments related to the use of your UGC.
• Your UGC does not infringe the legal rights of any third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or you are a legal representative authorised to agree to the rights transfer as described.

Legal Terms

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer residing elsewhere in the UK, you may still bring claims in the courts of your local jurisdiction. Otherwise, any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
