1. The Nivea Men ‘Win Family Photoshoots’ promotion is open to all residents in England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw.

3. The entry period is 18.05.22 to 28.06.22 the Promotional Period.
4. The Promoter (is Beiersdorf UK Ltd) and by entering, your details will be communicated to the Promoter’s agency (WAA Chosen Ltd) in relation to this Promotion. Please retain a copy of the Terms & Conditions for your information.
5. By entering, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

To enter 'Win Family Photoshoots'
a. Purchase any two qualifying Nivea Men products from the same retailer.
b. Please retain receipt for qualifying Nivea Men products. All winners will be asked to provide this as proof of purchase to validate Prize eligibility.
c. Text NIVEAMEN to 88802 with the last four digits of each product barcode. Standard network rates apply.
d. All entrants will receive a confirmation text confirming that their entry has been successful and sharing a link to the Promotional Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy.
e. Valid entries from across the entire promotional period, will be put into a Prize Draw. All winners will be selected at random.
f. The Prize Draw will take place after the 11.07.22.
g. Winners will be notified by text within one week of the date on which the draw took place.
h. Winners will be notified via text and will be shared a link to a secure data capture form.
i. Winners will need to complete the form, within two weeks of receiving the form, sharing their mobile number that was used to enter the Promotion, so that winners can be validated, their name, email address, postal address and upload their receipt.
j. Any prizes not claimed within two weeks, will be redrawn, and redistributed.
k. All verified winners will be emailed a link to Calendly to select their Family Photoshoot slot.
Family Photoshoots
l. One Photoshoot location will be held each weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from the 3rd September to the 9th October 2022, 9am-5pm inclusive.
m. Photoshoots will be held at the following locations across the 6-week period:
- Newcastle – Jurys Inn,Scotswood Rd, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4AD
- Manchester – Jurys Inn, 56 Great Bridgewater St, Manchester M1 5LE
- Birmingham – Jurys Inn, 245 Broad St, Birmingham B1 2HQ
- Bristol – Leonard Hotel, 3 Temple Way, Bristol BS2 0GS
- London – Leonard Hotel, 10 Godliman St, London EC4V 5AJ
- Exeter – Jurys Inn, Western Way, Exeter EX1 2DB
n. Please note, venue location subject to change but Photoshoot will remain in that city.
o. Confirmation of which Photoshoot location on which date will be confirmed prior to the Calendly link being shared with Winners.
p. Each family photo shoot will last 1 hour, which will be the time that the winner has selected on Calendly at their chosen location.
q. Winners are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to their family photo slot to register.
r. On registering, winners will be handed a cheque (name on cheque to be winner’s only) for their £50 travel expenses.
s. Unless otherwise stated, any expenses incurred by a winner and or their companion in the general use and or enjoyment of the prize are the sole responsibility of that winner.
t. If a prize is declined, or a winner cannot take up a prize, the Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up the specified prize.
u. Following the photoshoot, all photos taken will be edited and shared digital, via the winner’s email address only. Please allow two weeks from the photoshoot taking place for all images to be shared.
v. No photos will be printed.
7. When Entrants send an SMS from their mobile phone; this SMS is then sent to Text Marketer to handle and as part of this process Text Marketer will send the details of that SMS via an API to an application on WAA Chosen’s web server.
8. The details contained in the API request is phone number, SMS message and network.
9. The WAA Chosen web server is hosted in the United Kingdom, access is locked to permitted WAA Chosen members of staff administering or operating the Promotion.
10. Any personal information collected will only be used for administrative or operational reasons connected with the Promotion.
11. Your personal information will be retained for 4 months from the closing date to enable the Promoter to complete administration of the Promotion and to comply with its obligations under the Advertising Standards Authority CAP Code.
12. Following this, the web application will be disable, the database and data permanently deleted, and Text Marketer API disabled.

14. A maximum of 1 x Family Photoshoot per person, validated by mobile number.
15. A maximum of 1 entry per person per week shall be allowed, validated by mobile number and timestamp of entry. If anyone enters more than once, only their first entry is valid. A week is 00.00 Monday – 23.59 Sunday.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.
17. Winners will receive the Prizes specified in the Promotional Terms and Conditions.
18. The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.
19. Unless otherwise stated, any expenses incurred by a winner and or their companion in the general use and or enjoyment of the prize are the sole responsibility of that winner.

21. The Prizes are fulfilled and managed by WAA Chosen, an agency of Nivea Men and Beiersdorf.
22. On provision of a winner completing their ‘Win Family Photoshoots’ winner’s form, all data will be securely shared with WAA Chosen.
23. Personal information for the ‘Win Family Photoshoots’ will be retained by WAA Chosen for 4 months from the closing date to enable the Promoter to complete administration of the Promotion.
24. The Promotor is not obliged to use the adverts.
25. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
26. The winners’ surnames and county can be obtained by sending a direct message to @nivea_uk (Instagram), @niveauk (Facebook) or @niveauk (Twitter). within 28 of days after the date of the closing date of the Prize Draw.
27. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
30. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Prize Draw. By submitting your information and entering this Promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition (which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media) and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
