What can I do if the product is not clearly labelled on my proof of purchase?

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the product text on the proof of purchase. In case of doubt, we can recognize the promotional product in the photo and can match the proof of purchase accordingly. Why do I have to keep my receipt?

Beiersdorf UK reserves the right to request a copy of the receipt in order to verify participation. If the receipt cannot be presented, the purchase price cannot be refunded.

How often can I take part in the campaign?

The NIVEA Body Repair & Care Money-Back Guarantee can only be claimed once per household, from one act of purchase, only in their own name and only once from the range of promotional products. These products must be purchased from participating retailers during the purchase period.

When will I get my money back?

Each person with valid participation will have the purchase amount transferred to the specified account within a period of 4 weeks after checking the participation requirements. A confirmation email will be sent if your participation was successful.
