TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NIVEA REPAIR & CARE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or policy materials. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

ELIGIBILITY:

1. NIVEA Repair & Care Body Lotion and NIVEA Repair & Care Body Cream MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE Promotion (the Promotion) is open to all residents in the UK, ROI & Malta, aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, affiliated companies or any third party directly associated with administration of the Promotion.

2. The Promotion offers consumers the opportunity to claim a refund with the purchase of the selected Nivea promotional products, NIVEA Repair & Care Body Lotion and NIVEA Repair & Care Body Cream with a Money Back Guarantee sticker if dissatisfied with the quality or performance.

3. By entering, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Internet access is required if you would like to make a Nivea Money Back Guarantee claim online.

5. The refund of the purchase price is only possible on the following qualifying Nivea products with a Money Back Guarantee Sticker (Promotional Product):

  • NIVEA Repair & Care Intensive Body Lotion 400ml
  • NIVEA Repair & Care Urea Body Cream 400ml
  • NIVEA Repair & Care Intensive Body Cream 400ml

6. The Promotion runs from 12.01.2026 until 31.12.206.

7. The Promotional Product will be available in retailers in the UK, ROI and Malta  during the Promotional Period, including retailer online sales channels. 

8. Purchases using any form of retailer loyalty programmes, either full or part payment, are not included in this Promotion.

9. To claim a refund of the purchase price if dissatisfied with the product, you must:

a.  Buy a Promotional Product from a retailer in the UK, ROI or Malta, either online or in-store between 12.01.26 and 31.12.26. Please retain your proof of purchase, including any online digital receipts.

b. Complete the online form on www.nivea.co.uk/moneybackguarantee within one month of purchase, with the following information:

  • Full name.
  • Email address.
  • Postal address.
  • Cost of purchase.
  • Date of purchase.
  • Bank details of the account to receive the refund.
  • Upload an image of the proof of purchase.
  • Upload image of product opened.

10. Failure to include any of the above information on the online form will render the claim invalid.

11. If a claim is valid, claimants will receive a courtesy email to confirm their claim has been validated and they can expect to receive their payment within 28 days. The payment is not dependent on this email, all valid claimants will receive their payment regardless of this email.

12. Valid claimants will receive a payment for the price paid as stated on the original proof of purchase but not exceeding the purchase value.

13. Payment will be via bank transfer and will be made within 28 days of receiving the physical proof of purchase, to the bank details provided when claiming online. If the claimant enters incorrect details and therefore the claim is not accepted, the 28 days will begin from when the claimant provides their correct details, and the claim is accepted. If bank details are not accepted, claimants will receive an email notifying them.

14. If a claim is invalid, these invalid claimants will receive an email explaining why their claim was invalid only if there was a problem with verification (e.g. proof of purchase is not legible, incorrect image supplied) and encouraged to resubmit qualifying information. Any invalid claimant will be contacted within 14 days of submitting claim and all qualifying information must be provided within 14 days thereafter.

15. Invalid entries that have gone against the terms of the promotion will not be contacted.

16. Purchase of a qualifying product entitles the claimant to one claim only.

17. This policy is limited to only one claim per household. The Promotor will not accept any further claims from the same household or claims submitted on behalf of other people. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

18. No claims from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by a computer will be accepted.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, illegible, or altered entries. Incomplete, misdirected, or illegible claims or in violation of the application instructions will not be accepted. Proof of sending a claim via post will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed or late applications due to postal issues, a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, or satellite, network or server failure of any kind. 

20. The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered.

21. The Promotor reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, discontinue, or cancel the Promotion without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control (including, without limitation, in case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud).

22. Any personal data collected for this Promotion will only be used for execution and fulfilment of the Promotion and will be deleted afterwards. More information can be found in the Privacy Policy Privacy Policy – NIVEA.

23. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

24. The Promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
