The light formula with Vitamin E & 100% natural Jojoba oil provides 48h hydration for soft skin, with quickly absorption and non-greasy feeling. It now also contains 95% naturally derived ingredients and is completely vegan. Skin compatibility dermatologically approved. Ingredients are from nature retain +50% of their natural state after being processed, including water

Give us old formula back
I hate hate hate hate the new formula the older version was my holy grail but this new garbage is so bad made my skin breakout instantly

This formula change has made the cream worse!
I won't be buying the new vegan formula of Nivea Soft again because it is awful. Change it back to the old formula please. The old formula used to absorb quickly into my skin leaving it feel soft and refreshed. I used it every day for more than 2 decades without any issues. The new one does not absorb into my skin and leaves it feeling dry, red and blotchy. Why did you change it? You've made it worse!

Change it Back!
I actually came to the Nivea website hoping to find the original (non-vegan) formula, as I’ve seen many others share similar frustrations with the new version. I used the hand cream and body cream for over a decade and absolutely loved them, but unfortunately the vegan formula just doesn’t compare. I’m now having to look for an alternative, which is really disappointing after so many years of loyalty. It would be wonderful if you could consider bringing back the original formula, while also offering the vegan option for those who prefer it. The original hand cream was truly exceptional — nothing I’ve tried since comes close.
